About Me
I am a wellness coach helping individuals move beyond patterns of survival into deeper self-awareness, intentional life modification, and sustainable alignment with who they are becoming. My work is rooted in both lived experience and professional practice.
As a nurse, researcher, and coach, I’ve spent years in spaces where people are navigating complexity, pressure, and the quiet weight of expectation—often while trying to make sense of themselves in the process. My own journey has been shaped by moments of growth, challenge, reflection, and recalibration, which ultimately led me to this work: helping others better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change.

Why Work With Me
Education and Experience
I believe well-being is not about quick fixes or surface-level change but about how you relate to yourself. True transformation happens when you build self-awareness, recognize your patterns, and learn how to respond with intention rather than habit. The goal isn’t perfection; it’s alignment, clarity, and the ability to navigate life with greater intention and capacity.
-
Self-Awareness: Understanding your internal patterns, thoughts, and responses
-
Connection to Self: Building a grounded, honest relationship with who you are
-
Meaning-Making: Making sense of your experiences in a way that supports growth
-
Sustainable Change: Creating shifts that are realistic, integrated, and lasting
I bring a unique blend of clinical insight, research-based thinking, and real-world understanding. My approach is structured yet deeply human, designed to help you think clearly, reflect meaningfully, and move forward with intention. This is a space where you are challenged, supported, and guided, not to become someone else, but to better understand and align with who you already are.
-
I hold a PhD in nursing specializing in research, evidence-based practice, and the science of human behavior and health. I am also a trained Integrative Nurse Coach.
-
My 18 years of experience span clinical nursing, academic research, teaching, and coaching, working with individuals in complex, high-stress environments.
-
I specialize in translating complex scientific and behavioral concepts into clear, practical insight that supports meaningful, sustainable change.
