Plug-In, The Book!

This book explores how embracing neuroplasticity, and reframing can help us build a more colorful, flexible sense of awareness. It portrays a life not without mess, but a brain that learns to organize the mess into meaning—one mindful plug-in at a time.

This is symbolized on the front cover as a vibrant metaphor for how our brains adapt and transform across life, reshaping our connections in response to what we experience, practice, and pay attention to. The rainbow colors seamlessly splashing and blending into each other represent the fluidity of our thoughts and emotions. The neuron through the splashing rainbow colors represents neuroplasticity in action, as the brains travels through stress, joy, loss, learning, and healing, the brain strengthens some pathways, trims others, and builds new routes that fit who we’re becoming.

At the center, the electrical plug is the choice-point: the moment you “plug in” to yourself through awareness and self-care; it’s the moment when a new idea or a shift in perspective lights up your brain, where awareness sharpens and reframing happens, like a new circuit coming online. The clear, distinct, randomly arranged colored balls at the bottom show that once you start this journey of awareness and reframing, not everything has to be in a perfect order. It's all about exploring new connection patterns of thought and feeling, in a way that’s personal and uniquely patterned to you and seeing where they take you.
